By accessing this website or engaging Constructify Builders ("Constructify," "we," or "us") for any construction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or this website.

Constructify is a licensed general contractor providing commercial construction, tenant improvement, multi-family development, and residential remodeling services across Southern California. All work is performed under a separate written contract that governs the specific scope, schedule, and price of each project.

Any estimate, proposal, or quote provided by Constructify is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of evaluation and may be adjusted if project conditions or scope change.

A signed written contract is required before any work begins. Any modification to the contracted scope must be documented through a written change order signed by an authorized representative of both parties. Verbal agreements or instructions are not binding.

Constructify warrants its workmanship against defects arising from normal use for a period of one (1) year from substantial completion, unless a longer period is specified in your contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constructify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, project photography, and logos, is the property of Constructify Builders and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by Constructify remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the County of San Bernardino, California.
